I am a professional photographer based out of Toronto.  I graduated from Ryerson with a BFA in photography in 2007 and subsequently launched Alex Webster Photography. I went on to shoot four wedding seasons through my own business, and with Azure Blue Photography. During this time I also started shooting business portraits.

In 2010, I became one of two official photographers shooting for the Ontario Liberal Party leading up to the 2011 provincial election. This position had me travelling all around the province taking photographs of Premier Dalton McGuinty and Liberal MPPs at political events.

Since leaving the Liberal Party position, I’ve focused primarily on corporate events and portraits. I also shoot weddings, family gatherings, and commercial still-life photography. I’ve done work for many different clients including Ford, Canada Post, KPMG, Royal Bank of Canada, and the Canada Green Building Council.

When shooting events, I capture genuine and engaging images of the speakers and attendees, focusing on the most interesting moments without disrupting or distracting from the event itself.  I always deliver the images requested, but also aim to capture candid photos that far exceed expectations.
